With spring in the air, I’m gravitating towards wanting to liven up our apartments with some greenery. Anyone else?! Despite the fact that I have two plants in my name, I do NOT have a green thumb. Plants just don’t seem to like me all that much, so it usually feels like a much safe bet to stick with the faux plants.
I love how much plants, real or fake, can bring life into a space! Definitely planning to add to our faux plant collection this spring and summer to bring some much needed light and brightness to our home. Maybe we’ll try with some real plants too, but for now I’m going to play it safe! I did see some very affordable real plants at Aldi that I might need to try out and see if I can keep alive.
Of course the major bonus of faux plants is that they’re durable, and you don’t need to worry about staying on top of watering them. You also can place them wherever in your home, since sunlight isn’t an issue either. Easy peasy!
The majority are in the $4.99 – $35 range, with the exception being the artificial olive tree. Generally pretty affordable!
