Mother's Day Affordable Gift Guide

Mother’s Day is just around the corner, it always sneaks up on me! Anyone else? I’m super close with my mom and we usually do brunch to celebrate, but buying gifts for her can be so hard. So, I’ve been brainstorming some idea of things I think she’d like and thought that if anyone else has a mom or knows a mom that is hard to shop for, I’d share my ideas!

These are all gifts that I think all moms whether they are new moms, or moms that have been around for a while, will appreciate. Each item on this list is under $100 (maybe a little over with tax), but still really high quality and worthy of all the incredible moms out there!

Barefoot Dreams Robe

Comfiest robe of ALL time. I have had mine for years and wear it constantly. It has held up so well. It’s pricey, but very worth it. I know anyone who received this as a gift will be very thankful!

Gorjana Pieces

If you’ve read previous posts of mine you already know I’m a huge Gorjana fan. They are all such beautiful dainty pieces that are meant for layering so they easily go with any existing jewelry you already have! They also are gorgeous on their own as well. You can’t go wrong here. Some of my favorites are below.

Spa Gift Card

You can never go wrong with a gift card to her favorite spa or salon. You could even book it for her in advance for a surprise Mother’s Day treat. If she doesn’t frequent a salon or spa often, just look up the top rated ones in your area and call to ask what they would recommend.

Slip Pillow Case

This is one of those items that I think people might not purchase for themselves but would love receiving as a gift. I personally don’t own one, because I can’t justify that type of splurge (see what I mean!) But, I’d be ecstatic to get this as a gift. I’ve heard wonderful things that these are great for your hair and skin, so it would definitely be a great way to pamper someone.

Coffee Mug

An easy peasy, classic gift, that is always appreciated. So many cute mom ones to choose from, and if you want to take it up a notch throw in some of her favorite coffee, some nail polish, or a gift card.

Beauty Gift Set

So many great gift sets to choose from this time of year at Sephora. From makeup, to skin care, to fragrance, you can easily pick up a gift that is sure to be a winner. I’ve selected some few that I think would be a great choice, but really any gift set I’m sure will be loved.

Key Finder

If you have a forgetful mom (like me – hi mom!), or maybe you know a new mom who is getting little sleep causing her to be a little forgetful, this is a great gift to give. Will help her find keys or anything really, and I’m sure will come in handy!

Spiralizer

A great tool for anyone who loves to cook that makes spiralizing anything an absolute breeze. This one has 7 different attachments too!

Subscription Box

These are great for a gift that keeps on giving. Figure out what something she would love to get on an ongoing basis, maybe beauty products, seeds for her garden, books, wine, hot sauce. There is a subscription box for anything under the sun these days, and they almost always have an option to send it as a gift! I linked a site that has so many different types of boxes, but if you just look up any kind of box, I’m sure you’ll find it!
