Who else placed a gigantic order during Old Navy’s recent 40% off sale? I’ll be honest, I haven’t shopped at Old Navy in quite some time. Probably since I was a kid! Their stuff used to never fit me well. But recently I’ve heard so many people rave about it, and seen some really cute clothes, so I thought it was time to finally give it another shot! I’m always down to find a really great affordable retailer, so fingers crossed!
A little fyi about my sizing. I am typically a medium in tops, and dresses when they’re more fitted on the top. In bottoms, well I don’t really know my size lol, but I went with a large. I’m not too familiar with Old Navy’s sizing, so we’ll see how this goes! I’ll note my thoughts on sizing, and TTS = true to size.

Dress – TTS. Really flattering fit. Adjustable straps and stretchy along the back. Not too short. Doesn’t give you armpit fat like some tops can lol. Lined. Comes in olive as well. Keeper!
Dress – Love the fit of these! The white is my favorite, I’m undecided on the yellow. Fit TTS and are super flattering. Comes in a few different prints. Lined.
Jacket – Adore this denim jacket. I should have sized up though, no stretch to it at all and this is definitely tight on me. A little bit of distressing here and there, which I love, and also really like the wash of it. So good!
Dress – I don’t think this really worked on me. Seemed like sizing down one would have helped. Functional buttons and elastic waist. Also lined.
Shorts – I grabbed these in the wrong size so they were too small. Also they sent me the wrong print, so these are a return for me. They’re cute, I will definitely be trying on my correct size in store and will keep y’all posted!
Tank – Easy basic tank to have in your closet. Good layering piece under jackets or cardigans. Flows nicely. TTS.
Leggings – fits TTS (I should have grabbed the next size up). Nothing special to me, especially compared to my all time fave Zella leggings. Also kinda gave me a camel toe (tmi??? oh well)
Tank – Details above.
Shorts – Same shorts as the green from below but for some reason the denim wasn’t working for me. I thought it looked frumpy and I much preferred the green. Read more on those next!
Tank – SO soft. Form fitting, but still TTS. Another good basic tank to have in your closet if you want one that fits a bit tighter.
Shorts – Fits TTS. I really liked the fit of these. Not too long or short, and super comfortable. Didn’t ride up. Will be a summer staple for me!
Tank – Same white tank from above.
Almost forgot! Also got these adorable eyelet bow scrunchies in a 2 pack!
Even though their 40% off sale isn’t currently happening, Old Navy has a variety of deals every day! Will definitely be keeping my eye out for if any of these items that were winners go on sale!
